Workbook Instructions

1. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to access and fill out our PDF Workbooks. Download Adobe Acrobat Reader here.

2. Workbooks must be opened on your computer. Do not use your mobile devices — they are not compatible.

3. Download the file. If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader, the file should open automatically in Acrobat. If it opens in another program (ex.: Microsoft Word, Preview, web browser, etc.), close the file and re-open it in Acrobat.

4. Save the file on your computer with your name at the end of the title: ex.: Workbook 1 JANE_SMITH.pdf.

5. Type your responses in the blue fields. Be concise and thoughtful in your responses. (Note: if you are typing into the document and there is a URL at the top of the page, you are still on your browser — you must download 'with changes' or your responses will not save.)

6. As you are typing, occasionally save your work.

7. When sending revisions, rename the file with the addendum v2, v3, etc.
